Porting Process

Porting is a simple and free process in which you can transfer your current number to Xpatfone.

Don’t worry, you can also port your number out for free, if you chose to.

All you need to get started is your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code)

How To Request a pac

• Log into your Customer Account on your provider’s website.

• Call your existing provider up and ask for a PAC.

• Text PAC to 65075. Your network should reply within a few seconds with the code you need.

Please note that providers may have an obligation to provide a PAC code.
